Three things, no surprises.

  1. I read every brief personally. No auto-responders, no junior triage. The first reply will come from me.

  2. If we look like a fit, I’ll respond with questions or schedule a 30-minute call. If we’re not, I’ll tell you that too — and often suggest someone who is.

  3. Typical first response is within two business days. Faster if I’m between deep-work blocks; sometimes slower if I’m mid-engagement.
